It's my dad's birthday today. He's one of the cutest, sweetest people I know, and really funny too, in his own cute little ways. He's the kind of person who is funny without meaning to be...he just makes the funniest, offhanded remarks that makes you laugh. He's also very wise, and gives really good advice. He doesn't talk much, but when he does, everything he says is golden, like pearls of wisdom. Here he is at Nola's in Sept 2005, being his cute self:
