encouragement

I keep all of the notes and cards I received for graduation nearby on my desk. I look through them often, reading (by now) several times the lovely words of encouragement and support. Whenever I feel discouraged, I turn to these cards. They are a visible reminder of all of the wonderful people God has placed in my life who pray, wish the best, and cheer me on to finish my dissertation!
