yay, i finally finished the conference proposal i've been working on all week. it's not great, but it's done. pray for me that it gets accepted! :)

resurrecting the dead: my qt this morning was about the raising of lazarus. made me think about what areas of my life need some "new life." my work came to mind. perhaps after all that surrendering, i've somehow lost hope and faith as well? need to pray and reflect more.

responsibility vs. weakness: is part of growing up/maturing realizing how weak people are, and not holding them so "responsible" for the difficult things that happen in their lives? the weakness of man has been a perpetual theme these past few months, maybe because i'm recognizing the depths of it first and foremost in myself.
