I'm trying a new schedule to take advantage of my morning "alertness": getting to bed before midnight (between 11 and 11:30 pm) and getting up around 6 to 6:30 am. I got up a little before 6:30 today without an alarm clock (very proud of myself) and have been trying to fight off occasional bouts of sleepiness. So far not too bad, but I think it'll take awhile before my body adjusts to the new routine.

Hoping to start running again in the mornings since it's getting so hot during the day...anyone want to join me at Gunn track at 7am (like Drea)?
