= remembering the COST of our salvation and its benefits, i.e. our forgiveness of sin, eternal life, fellowship with God, freedom in Christ, access to God the Father (whom we can approach confidently and at any time), adoption as sons and daughters of the living God (co-heirs with Christ), and every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1).

There was a high price to be paid for all of the spritual freedoms and blessings we can enjoy now: Jesus himself.
