I'm tired. *yawn*

I need to stay up a bit to finish some writing, but I thought I would include a link to a Truehoop article on Dirk and David West's weird altercation on Sunday. I agree with the column, which is sympathetic to Dirk (and you all know how I feel about him) and gives a fair assessment of his role as a player.

I really hope the Mavs beat the Hornets in this series. Not that I care about the Mavs particularly, but I'm rooting for #41. Watching Saturday's game made the Mavs' weaknesses as a team even more apparent, and I left the game feeling pretty disheartened for Dirk. Byron and Chris assure me that it's just the first game and a lot can change, but I'm still worried.
